The Underestimated Power of Gratitude




"Be grateful for what you have", we hear this piece of advice since the beginning of time, in every faith, religion, motivational quotes, spiritual teachings and daily life. It is so simple, even so cliché yet still so powerful in creating a magnificent life. 

When we observe the act and feeling of gratitude within the framework of the universal laws, it is simply a very dominant feeling of being happy and contentment and as we all know, our entire life and well being are created by our dominant thoughts and feelings. If a person's dominant feelings are happiness and contentment, then what he will create as his reality will be events, experiences and people that will bring him more happiness and contentment.

It is not rocket science, it is as simple as that, then, howcome, only a minority of people live a magnificent life?

Because saying "thank you" is not enough if not accompanied by your feelings and actions. 

Words, actions and feelings create equal forces of energy, none is stronger than the other, thus if there is a conflict among the trio, then your life will surely be not magnificent,also not horrible, but will be mediocre as a reflection of this conflict. 

That is the exact reason why we cannot experience the great power of gratitude in our lives and underestimate its magic.

The following is usually what happens:

1. We are continously adviced on being grateful

2. We are continously adviced on living and staying in the moment

3. We are continously adviced on leaving the past behind and focusing on our future goals

None of the above is wrong, on the contrary, they are the fundamental teachings of spiritual development yet they are usually misunderstood, thus give no results or make or lives more miserable than ever eventually. There is a very fragile balance which should be maintained during the practice of these teachings. 

1. Living in the "now" or living in the moment and being only grateful for what you have are two practices which if implemented on their own can create lethargy over time, as, if there is only now, why bother even dreaming about a future which is no concern to me at the moment? If there is only "now", what is the point of being ambitious about anything? If there is only "now", how will I determine my development, improvement, success, transformation curve which actually happened over a period of time which I now call "the past"?  If there is only "now", why should I even bother to check where I have started, where I am, and decide where I will be?

If there is only now, there is no observable evolution. No evolution can occur, if all of the people suddenly decide to live in the "now" always and all the time and settle for what they already have without having a future goal in their mind. This is not a functional way of creating and attracting a magnificent life. 

2. Leaving the past behind, forgetting or covering up the traces of the past and keeping our focus only on the future sounds like a clean idea, but how do you plan to observe your development, transformation and success if you plan to forget about where and when you have started? How do you plan to observe how far you have achieved in life if you do not for a moment stop and look back where you began? If there is no past, how will you truly understand that you are actually living the life you have dreamed about a couple of years back? How will you know that you have actually already succeeded? 

Well, you will not! 

That contentment will always be a tale of the future, as you will never realize that you actually have what you did not years ago. You will not be able to feel a sincere gratitude towards life, regardless of how much you say "thank you", for you refuse to observe and embrace your past mistakes and experiences and all those paths and decisions you have made in the past which have actually made you the person you are today.  A gratitude cannot be truly felt, if one only keeps his eyes ahead for an ever unattainable promise of a future goal.  That goal will never manifest, for there will always be new promises which you will run for, that is the exactly opposite way of showing your gratitude towards life. You tell the entire universe that "it is not enough!" with your actions and feelings and how do you expect your words of "thank you" compensate these actions and feelings?

True and sincere gratitude can be felt if only one integrates the three principles in a perfectly harmonious way.  Otherwise, your actions will tell something, your feelings will tell another thing, and your words will say something else.

1. You cannot fear over something each and every day until the thing which you have feared actually happens. For example, you may have a credit card debt due in 3 weeks, but until the due date comes, there is no point in dying every single day over a scenerio that has not actualized yet. Do the best you can in the "now" and relax, thinking further is a waste of your time and energy. You have to stay in the moment, you have to be here in the now. You cannot fast-forward to a future which has not happened yet.  Enjoy the day, do not live in future scenerios and say thank you and be grateful that, just for today you have nothing to worry about. 

2. You must have grand dreams, you must have future goals, you must set your eyes on the prize; every success was once a mere thought, you will think about it until it happens! The things you currently have, your life, all are a result of your previous dreams, realize that you are actually living the life you have once dreamed about, so you will continue to dream even bigger. To realize your achievements, you will observe and embrace your past and be grateful that those past mistakes have brought you your dreams, you will feel the gratitude because the things you have once dreamed about is now your current reality, and you will feel gratitude knowing that you will even achieve more because you are perfectly aware that this is how the universe works. 

3. A person can live in the "now", set their eyes on a future goal through embracing his past, and be truly grateful and content in full awareness of what he currently has was once a mere thought, a dream, a promise which too many still do not have. A person can LOVE what he already has, but still can seek for the better, yet if one is truly grateful for what he has, he will naturally be patient and relaxed about the timing of a future goal, he will not even care whether that goal happens or does not happen for he is already happy with his current life. This is the ultimate, the most important accelerator of the manifestation process : Detachment.

1. Detachment happens in existence of true gratitude.

2. True gratitude can be felt only in embrace of the linear time (past, now and the future)

(Although in a grander scheme there is no linearity of time, we cannot disrespect nor reject the infancy of human perception, we have to accept that linearity is currently the only way for our mind to perceive "life", which is like the snapshots of a camera.  You cannot expect to feel, act and speak in true gratitude if you force yourself to act against your mind's nature.)

3. Great manifestations can only happen if you dare to visualize your desired future in a perfectly detached and grateful manner.  If you remove one single item from this formula, you will not get a sense of what the Law of Attraction is truly capable of. 

As you see, the teachings which hear from the teachers, read from the books, learn from many other sources can easily be misunderstood, not correctly practiced, be underestimated or labeled with many tags such as "useless" just because we do not truly know how to blend them together and utilize them in our daily life.

The gratitude is one of the most powerful tools of creation if practiced in true sincerety along with other tools of manifestation which are explained above.

Şükran Duymanın Büyük Gücü




"Sahip olduklarınıza şükredin", bu sözü her inanç sisteminde, her köşebaşında, heryerde devamlı duyuyor ve okuyoruz. "Şükürler olsun, çok şükür" gibi sözler ise dilimizden düşmüyor. 

Evrensel yasalar çerçevesinden şükretmek kavramını incelediğimizde, enerjisel olarak şükür duygusu, var olanın değerini anlayıp, var olanla keyif alabilme becerisine işaret eder, keyif, tatmin ve mutluluk duygusu ise, daha fazla keyif, tatmin ve mutluluk duyacağınız deneyimleri hayatınıza çekmenizi sağlar.

Kısacası, var olanla, anın keyfini çıkarabilen kişi, zenginlik, mutluluk, sağlık ve neşe dolu bir hayat sürecektir. Bu evrensel çekim yasasının neticesidir.

Peki, dilinden "şükrü" eksik etmeyen bunca kişi neden halen mükemmel hayatlar sürmüyor? 

Bu yazımda, çok önemli olan bu noktaya dikkatinizi çekmek istiyorum.

Evet, şükür duygusu daha fazla şükredeceğiniz deneyimleri yaratır ve bu evrensel yasa herkes için aynı şekilde işler, ancak, söz, davranış ve duygularınızın bir uyum içerisinde olması bu yasanın mükemmel şekilde işlemesi için şarttır. 

Sözünüzde şükrederken, davranışlarınızda daima daha fazlasını elde etmek için büyük bir hırsla hareket ediyor ve sahip olduğunuz herhangi bir şeye bakarken "daha iyisi olabilirdi" gibi bir duygu durumu içine giriyorsanız, bu şükür ifadenizle çatışan bir durum yaratır.

Söz, duygu ve davranışlar birbirini tamamlayıcı nitelikte olan eş kuvvette enerjisel devinim yaratırlar. Dolayısıyla bu üçlü arasında bir uyumsuzluk olması halinde, hayatınız mükemmel değil, nispeten "fena değil" diyeceğiniz ama tam da tatmin olmadığınız bir seviyede ilerler. 

Bizlerin içine düştüğü durum da budur. Bu duruma nasıl düştüğümüzün de pek farkında olmayız. Ama bu süreç genellikle şu şekilde işler:

1. Sahip olduklarımıza şükretmemiz öğretilir.
2. Geçmişi geçmişte bırakıp, daima odağımızı hedeflerimize kitlememiz öğretilir. 
3. An'da kalmamız öğretilir. 
4. Düşünebileceğimiz en büyük hayallerin peşinden gitmemiz öğretilir. 

Bu dört öğüdün hiçbiri "yanlış" öğütler değildir. Ancak, bu dört öğüdün dengeli bir şekilde uygulanması gereklidir, ve bu denge çok hassas bir dengedir.

1. Sadece şükretmek, var olanla yetinebilmek, sizi bir süre sonra daha büyük hayallerinizin peşinden gidemeyeceğiniz ölçüde hantallaştırabilir ve hayattaki aktif rolünüzü pasif bir hale getirebilir.  Oysa ki hayat ve enerji daima hareketi sever.

2. Geçmişi geçmişte bırakarak, daima ileriye odaklanmak, sizin gelişim ve değişim sürecinizi algılayamamanıza, farkedememenize ve değerlendirememenize neden olabilir, bu şekilde sürekli yeni bir hedefe odaklanan kişi, başardıklarının farkında olmadığı için, kendisini daima bir yetersizlik, eksiklik ve tatminsizlik duygusu içerisinde bulabilir ve kişi, sürekli bir koşu halinde olduğu için zamanla tükenebilir. Geçmişini duygularından ari bir şekilde inceleyen kişi ise, bugün belki de 3 sene önce hayalini kurmuş olduğu hayatı yaşadığını farkederek başarısını takdir etme fırsatını yakalar, ve hayalini yaşadığı için hakiki ve samimi bir şükür duygusu beslemeye başlar. 

3. Sürekli an'da kalan kişi, geleceğe dair hedef belirleyemez, günü kurtarmak ve sadece gününü geçirmek yönünde yaşamaya başlar, sürekli an'da kalan kişi, malesef gelişim sürecini inceleme fırsatı bulamaz ve gelişemez. Gelişim bizim algı kapasitemiz doğrultusunda zaman kavramı ile doğrudan ilintilidir, an'da kalmak, zamanı bertaraf eder, zamanı bertaraf eden zihin için ne gelişim mümkündür ne de hayal kurmak.

4. Düşünebildiğiniz en büyük hayallerin peşinden giden kişi, havucun peşinden koşan bir tavşana benzer, "en büyük" dediğimiz kavramın ucu bucağı yoktur, bu da tavşanın hiçbir zaman havucu yakalayamamasına sebep olur, çünkü havuç daima daha lezzetli bir hal almaktadır ve daima "gelecekte" var olmaktadır. Böyle bir kişi zaman içerisinde tükenir, şükredemez ve tatmin duygusunu yaşayamaz.

Gördüğünüz gibi, bu dört araç, esasında çok büyük kadim öğretileri içinde barındırmakta olup, dengesiz bir şekilde kullanıldığında ise, dilediğiniz hayatı yaşamanıza değil, yaşayamamanıza sebep olur.

Peki ne yapmalı?

Size sunulan araçları, yerine göre kullanmayı öğrenmelisiniz.

1. Ay sonunda ödemesi gelen kredi kartı borcunuzu ayın 30 günü her gün düşünmek, enerjinizi tüketir, henüz gerçekleşmemiş bir senaryonun karşısında defalarca yenik düşmenize sebep olur, oysa ki, kaygılandığınız konu gelecekteki bir olasılıktır, bu olasılık gerçekleşmeden önce, olasılık gerçekleşmişcesine her gün kendinizi yiyip bitirmeniz, bu olasılığın tam da düşündüğünüz şekilde en olumsuz şekilde gerçekleşmesine sebep olur, dolayısıyla, yarının konusunu bugün düşünmek enerji müsrifliğidir. Bu gibi durumlarda, elinizden gelen herşeyi yaptıktan sonra, artık an'da kalmak zorundasınız, sorun an'ın konusu olmadığı sürece, üzerinde durmanız gereken herhangi bir sorun da yok demektir. Her "an" elinizden gelenin en iyisini yapın, gerisini de düşünmeyin. 

2. Büyük hayaller kurmayı öğrenmelisiniz, çünkü bugünün gerçekleri bir zamanlar hayallerinizdi, hayal olmadan dilediğiniz geleceği yaratmanız mümkün olmaz. Bu hayalleri kurarken, mevcut varlıklarınızdan mutlu olmayı da öğrenmelisiniz, çünkü bir zamanlar da şu an sahip olduklarınızın hayalini kuruyordunuz, bu nedenle ileriye doğru odağınızı yönlendirirken, geçmişinizden bugüne kadar aldığınız ivme ve başarılarınızı da unutmamanız gerekir.  Bu sebeple, ne sadece geleceğe odaklanmak, ne de sadece geçmişe takılı kalmak size herhangi bir fayda getirmez. Geçmişinizde yaşadığınız herhangi bir olumsuzluk ile ilgili olarak her gün kendinizi suçlamanız, tekrar tekrar cezalandırmanız, pişmanlık yaşamanız, geçmişinizi verimli kullanmadığınıza işarettir, ve geçmişine takılı kalan kişi, geçmişini geleceğinde yeniden yaratır,  bu gibi durumlarda, öğretiyi alarak, geçmişi geçmişte bırakmanız gereklidir. Geçmişinizi incelerken, bu incelemeyi duygularınızdan bağımsız olarak size ait olmayan bir fotoğraf karesine bakarmışcasına gerçekleştirmeniz gerekir. 

3. Şükretmeniz gerekir, çünkü bugün sahip olduklarınıza bir zamanlar sahip değildiniz, bu nedenle şimdi sahip olduklarınızın da keyfini çıkarmanız gerekir, sürekli yeni bir havucun peşinden koşmadan önce, dönem dönem soluklanmak üzere, bir mola vererek, sahip olduklarınızın keyfini çıkardığınız dinlenme süreçlerini kendinize armağan etmeniz gereklidir. 

4. Bir kişi, hem sahip olduğu mevcut bir şeyin keyfini çıkarıp, onu severken, sahip olduğundan daha iyisini de imgelemeye ve hayatına çekmeye devam edebilir. Siz, şu an sahip olduklarınızın keyfini çıkarmayı başarabilirseniz, ilerlediğiniz yolda yeni hedefinize ulaşana kadar geçen sürenin de keyfini çıkarmayı, aceleci ve sabırsız olmamayı, hedefinize bağımlı kalmamayı da öğrenirsiniz. Bu durum çekim yasasının en önemli kuralı olan "beklentisizlik" halini de beraberinde getirir. Bugün sahip olduklarından zaten büyük bir memnuniyet duyan kişi, bir diğer hedefinin ne kadar sürede gerçekleştiğine, hatta gerçekleşip gerçekleşmediğine dahi takılmaz, bu beklentisizlik hali, yaratım sürecini çok ama çok büyük bir oranda hızlandırır. 

Gördüğünüz gibi, kişisel gelişim öğretileri esasında son derece "ağdalı" öğretiler olup, yanlış anlaşılmaya ve uygulanmaya çok müsait bir yapıya sahiptirler. Bu nedenle de, okuduğunuz, duyduğunuz, gördüğünüz bilgiler karşısında, ve katıldığınız eğitimlerde, soru sormayı ve sorgulamayı alışkanlık haline getirmeli ve öğrendiğiniz bilgileri uygulayarak anlamaya çalışmalısınız,  aksi takdirde kişisel gelişim sizin için ciddi  bir hayat mimarisinden ziyade basit bir rahatlama ve dönemsel motivasyon kaynağı olmaktan öteye gidemeyecektir. Oysa ki size sunulan bu temel bilgiler, hayatınızı temelden elle tutulur ve gözle görülür bir şekilde değiştirmeniz için gereken en önemli araçlardır, bu nedenle bu bilgileri doğru anlayarak uygulamak yönündeki çabanız kesinlikle ödüllendirilecektir.

Zor Zamanları Atlatabilmenin Ana Kuralı



Zor zamanlardan geçiyoruz, ekonomi hiç olmadığı kadar dalgalı bir seyir izliyor, hal böyle olunca maddi durumumuz ne olursa olsun,  ister istemez bir "koruma" programına geçmek yönünde dürtüsel olarak hareket etmeye başlıyoruz.

Bu, her ne kadar çok akılcı bir çözüm gibi görünse de, esasında, doğru düşünce ve enerji seviyesinden yapılmadığında son derece tehlikeli sonuçlar doğurabilir.

Neden mi?

Evrendeki herşey enerjiden maddeye dönüşmüştür, her zaman tekrarlayacağım gibi, bu farazi bir söylem veya teori değil, bilimsel olarak kanıtlanmış bir gerçektir. 

İnsanın özü de enerjidir, ve enerji maddeye dönüşür. 

Kısacası sizden evrene doğru yayılan bir enerji var ve bu enerji elle tuttuğunuz, gözünüzle gördüğünüz, hissettiğiniz ve deneyimlediğiniz hayatınızı yaratan unsurun ta kendisi. 

Hareketleriniz evreninizi yaratmaz, hareket, enerjinin maddesel formunun size ulaştığı fiziksel bir kanalı açmaktan ibarettir. Hareket yaratımın son aşamasıdır, ilk aşaması değil.

Bizler, son derece hareket ve aksiyon odaklı varlıklarız. Enerjimiz, düşüncelerimiz ve duygularımız üzerinde odaklanmaksızın, istediğimizi elde etmek üzere bir çok aksiyon alabiliyoruz. Bu aksiyonlar istediğimiz gibi sonuçlanmadığında da, "onca emeğime rağmen hala bir sonuç alamadım" şeklinde isyan ediyor ve hayal kırıklığına uğruyoruz.

Oysa ki, aksiyonu, sadece fiziksel bir tünel, yol, kanal gibi düşünürseniz, aksiyonun tek başına hiçbir şey ifade etmeyeceğini anlayabilirsiniz. 

Yaratım mekanizması şu şekilde işler:

Netleştirilmiş odaklanmış duygu -> netleştirilmiş ve odaklanmış düşünce tohumu-> tohumun yeşererek size madde olarak geri dönmesini sağlayacak ilhamla gelen hareket (aksiyon) -> sonuç.

Bir çok insan bu mekanizmanın sadece son aşamasını uygulayarak gereksiz ölçüde enerji ve vakit kaybetmekte ve istediği sonuçları da alamamaktadır.

Odaklanmamış enerji ve düşünce tohumunun getireceği sonuçlar, sizin zihninizi yansıtır şekilde dağınık ve yarım yamalak olacaktır. Açtığınız hiçbir tünel (aksiyon), net olmayan düşünce tohumlarını dönüştürerek size mükemmel bir sonuç getiremez. Tünelin,yani aksiyonun görevi sadece "yol" olmaktır. Yol, üzerinde vakit kaybetmeniz gereken en son unsurdur.

Peki zor zamanlarımızda biz ne yapıyoruz? Hemen aksiyon alıyoruz. Peki bu aksiyonların dayandığı duygularınızı hiç analiz ediyor musunuz?

Örnek verelim, ekonomimiz kötü durumda, ve bu bir gerçek.

Bizler de bir "koruma programı" oluşturmak yönünde aksiyon almaya hazırlanıyoruz. Bu hareketin altında yatan duygu "kıtlık", "fakirlik", "zor duruma düşme tehlikesi", "güvenlik", "kaygı", "korku" gibi duygular ise, üzgünüm ama yaşayacağınız tam olarak bu olacaktır, aldığınız hiç bir aksiyon, bu duyguların neticesi olan korktuğunuz gerçekliği bertaraf edemeyecektir. Sizin ektiğiniz düşünce tohumu yukarıda anılan duygulardan oluşuyor ise, aldığınız aksiyon ne olursa olsun,bu aksiyon,  size sadece bu düşünceleri madde olarak getirecek bir tünel ve yol görevi görecektir. 

Dolayısıyla, zor zamanlarda korumaya almanız gereken şey paranızdan önce duygu ve düşünce durumunuzdur, zira parayı yaratan unsurun ta kendisi de yine kendi duygu ve düşüncelerinizdir. 

Para kaybetmek istemiyorsanız "kayıp" korkusunu bertaraf etmeniz ve yerine "bolluk" düşüncelerini ekmeniz gerekir. Esas "koruma programı" budur. Kaldı ki "koruma programı" olarak adlandırdığınız programın enerjisi dahi "kayıp" duygusu üzerine kuruludur, bu programın adı da esasında "zenginleşme programı" olmalıdır. 

Gözlemlerim sonucunda, bu gibi zor zamanlarda insanların hayatlarından kestikleri ilk şeyin, ruhlarını besleyen ve keyif aldıkları aktiviteler olduğunu görüyorum, ancak bu kişiler hala ekstra bir çift ayakkabı almaktan veya hiç gerekmemesine rağmen maddeye harcama yapmaktan imtina etmiyorlar.

Oysa ki, sizin bugün istediğiniz kadar alışveriş etmenizi sağlayan şey bolluk bilincinizin seviyesidir, daha fazla alışveriş ederek zengin olamazsınız, ancak bolluk bilinciniz üzerinde çalışarak istediğiniz kadar alışveriş edebilirsiniz.  

Balık tutmayı öğrenerek, istediği kadar balık tutabilecekken, insanlarımız, halen balığı "ithal" etmeye çalışıyorlar. Bu hem para, hem zaman hem de enerji kaybına yol açıyor. 

Örneğin, bir çok insan için kitap alışverişi, keyfi bir alışverişken, 3. bir kabanı almak "ihtiyaç" dahilinde oluyor. Bu satırları yazarken dahi, bu durumu her defasında büyük bir şaşkınlıkla karşılıyorum. Bilgi edinmek, ruhu, zihni, bedeni geliştirmek hayati bir zorunluluktur, zira hayatınızı yaratan düşüncelerinizdir, giydiğiniz 3 farklı tipte kabanınız değil.

Paranıza yatırım yaptığınızda zenginleşirsiniz, ruhunuza yatırım yaptığınızda hem zenginleşir hem de sağlıklı ve mutlu bir insan olursunuz. 

Malesef bu sözleri anlamak için insanlarımız fiziksel bir rahatsızlığa yakalanana veya büyük bir darboğaza girene kadar bekliyor. 

Zor zamanlarda, her zamankinden daha fazla ruhunuza, duygularınıza ve düşüncelerinize yatırım yapın. Bu, hem sağlığınız, hem hayat kaliteniz, hem maddi durumunuz, hem de ilişkileriniz için elzemdir.

How to Understand Your Energy Level and Get Anything You Want



Every living and non-living thing is composed of pure vibrating energy. That is a known scientific fact.  As an energy therapist, understanding and analysing the energy levels of my clients are of utmost importance as nothing good can come to those who are vibrating at a low frequency. Good things do not come to those who wait, good things come to those who think.

The mighty law of attraction is directly linked with the energy level of a client. You might have taken all the necessary actions in order to attain your goal, but I have seen many hard-working people who are not even near achieving their goals. It might seem as a misfortune at first, but nothing can be further from the truth. The first step of achieving your goal is to align your energy with the vibration of your goal and then take the necessary actions not vice versa. But what we do is usually, take all kinds of actions first, and wait for the results to arrive.  

People are action-oriented and impatient, most think that sparing a quiet time for themselves to analyse how they feel, why they feel the way they do is a waste of time and that they should immediately go get what they want instead.  What they do not realize is that, this is in fact what is causing the actual waste of time and energy.  

Energy creates material from its raw state, not your actions.  Your actions help you open up the physical channel which you will receive your manifestation. Given the fact, it would be enough for you the open up that one single most effective physical channel which will generally come to you as an inspiration once you delve into your subconsciousness. But what we usually do is to try to open up all kinds of physical channels without ever focusing on what we would like to receive from that channel! And then we receive all kinds of mixed outcomes and be surprised and get dissappointed at why we have not still received a solid result despite all of our hard work (hard work: energy spent opening these physical channels).

If energy creates the material, don't you think that you should first work on the seed of the thought which will manifest itself as something material in your life? Without working on this step first,  what will be the result of your non-focused action? Let me tell you, it is going to be a vague, blurry, distorted image of what you actually would like to receive. Why? Because your thoughts and feelings were vague, blurry and distorted to begin with. 

Then comes the question, how do I know my energy level? How do I know anything about how I am vibrating?

There are many therapists, including me, who can delve into your subconsciousness and ensure you observe your own frequency and thought patterns. Many are baffled at what they observe about themselves. I have seen and assisted many people who think they were full with self-love and confidence whereas in fact, how they were vibrating was telling me otherwise. It was their ego which tricked them into believing that they were the perfect-deal so that they would not face their deepest fears, or come to terms with who they really are. Ego hates change! No wonder, why we keep seeing so many "perfect-deals" out there who are not really living perfect lives.  

Most people do not have the body-mind-soul connection, thus it is no surprise that the words, the energy and the body of a person can tell different things to the outer world. We call these "mixed signals". Mixed signals result in mixed outcomes!  

Therefore it is of utmost importance that one either gets a consultancy or works by herself on their energy levels. It is the one, ultimate, single key to achieve anything you want in life.

Let's say you don't want to (or can't) work with a professional, then here is your practical DIY formula:

1. Observe your current life. Do you like what you see or experience? Which parts are not so likable? Which parts do you love? Which parts would you like to change?

2. Focus on the problematic areas. You are going to work on these. (eg. are you going through a career crisis, financial burden, a relationship problem?) These are the areas that your thought patterns and feelings are not vibrating at a high frequency.

3. What is the exact problem you are going through about that area? Eg. Although you may be working very hard, are you NOT satisfied with your income? Do you feel that you cannot really connect with anybody else, do you or your partner have commitment problems? Find the exact source of the problem. Read carefully which words I have bolded. 

4. Acknowledge that, the exact problem which you found out at the previous stage is the exact reflection of your own thoughts and feelings. Observe them.  Do not say that you are going through a tough relationship although you are full of happy thoughts, confidence, peace, serenity about your partner. It is impossible. That is where people get stuck. They cannot make the connection between their thoughts and the reality they are going through, because it takes courage and effort to face the actual truth about how they feel. If what you are going through is "tough" or "problematic", that is the exact nature of your thoughts about that area.  

5. Watch your words, describe the problems you are going through in the given area with words, write them down and bold them as I did in section 3. Eg. I feel that I am stuck, I feel that my office is just like a prison, I feel that the relationship needs lots of effort and work on my part, I am strained, I feel bored etc. Make sure your words reflect the exact feelings about the area you are focusing on.

6. These words you have put in your journal which express your feelings directly map out the pattern of your thoughts either you accept or not.  Take it as an x-ray result. For example, although you may be feeling very well, when you get a chest x-ray your doctor may tell you that he sees some shadowy particles over the chest area that which you cannot even tell without getting an x-ray. This is exactly what happens in daily life, you are not aware of your actual frequency state unless you take that x-ray and observe it. Therefore, read your bolded words carefully, what you think you feel and what you really think may be entirely different from another. 

7. Now, write down what you would actually like to experience. Eg. Promotion in the work, easy-going relationship, comfortable life,  greater income etc. Analyse whether your bolded words in previous section match with the experience you would like to have. 

Eg. I would like to get promoted, but I feel that my office is a prison, I feel strained

8. Now, write down how you think you will feel when you get the experience you desire.
Eg. I would like to get promoted, and when I do, I will feel relaxed, satisfied and content, I will feel more confident

9. Observe the differences between how you feel now and how you will feel once you achive your goal.

Current feelings: Strain, stuck, stressful -> result -> a strained and stressful work environment

Future feelings: Relaxed, satisfied and content -> result -> a work environment which provides you a relaxed, satisfied, content business life

10. Acknowledge that you cannot get that promotion unless you fix and adjust your contrasting feelings according to your desired goal. You see it is not about action, it is not about what you do, or what you do not do, it is all about the contradiction between how you actually feel and what you expect to feel once you achieve that goal. It is all about closing that gap. Many people talk about jumping the leap for a successful career or relationship or an endeavour. 

That leap is not jumped by your legs! It is a jump which your minds make, and the legs will follow.

11. How to make a jump between energy levels:

Well, that is entirely a another topic which we will discuss in the coming days, but let me tell you upfront the most effective ways to make that jump.

 a) Look for things which invoke those "future feelings" in you right now. You might be asking for money, and you think you will feel more free when you have the money, and without money, you think you cannot get your freedom. That is a loop, get out of there. 

You CAN and you DO feel free with other subtle things.  

You CAN even get a glimpse of that freedom by just watching beautıful scenery.

 I know it sounds weird, but imagining that you are holding that money in your hands is not the only way to attract money (or other things) in your life. It is a powerful method, but it is not the only method. You can still attract what you want by invoking the feelings which you think you will have once you attain your goal. I rarely give my clients visualization practices when what they ask for is money. Why? Because they keep visualizing money, and at the end of their meditation, things get even harder for them when they realize that they still do not have that money! It enlarges the gap between their feelings and goals. Therefore, I suggest them that they work on their feelings first. Without shifting your energy level, no visualization can help you achieve your goal.  

b) Read about quantum physics. Your mind and ego have to be 100% convinced that energy creates material. It is not "meta" physics (meaning beyond physics), it IS the physics, it is not a phenomenon, it is the nature. Once you understand the quantum mechanics, NOT getting what you want will be a surprising phenomenon. Neuro-format methods do work insanely, but what we do basically with formatting is that convincing you that there are better ways. It is all about persuasion of the ego and mind. Therefore look for evidence showing why the law of attraction works, read about the the string theory and quantum world. You will be astounded when you realize that there is in fact so many physical evidence as to why the law of attraction is actually real and working.

c) Go back to a time when you achieved something which you have really longed for. How did you do it? What was your mood, what were your feelings, what kind of actions did you take? That past experience will be a reference point to you. Repeat what you have done back then to every new goal. It has worked for you once, it will definitely work again.

I have told you about a simple DIY method which will help you make that connection between your thoughts and the reality you are experiencing. How to change your negative thought patterns regardless of your current physical conditions is another topic which I will discuss shortly in the coming days. But I believe that the three methods will already help you get there.

Tarot Therapy and It's Difference from a Tarot Reading




Tarot Therapy, How is it Different than a Tarot Reading?

The main reason why I developed Tarot Therapy system is to reach out to those who may not get one-on-one sessions from me due to several reasons such as distance, financial budget or personal concerns about getting a coaching session.

Tarot Therapy is a question-based therapy system provided through e-mail, while you may not get the full benefits of a one-on-one session through Tarot Therapy, you may however, get a clear-cut answer, direction, insight and wisdom about your specific questions through this system.

As I will always emphasize, the future is not yet written, you are the ones writing your future as you go along your days and naturally, most of you are not aware of how you are doing this, all of my sessions are aimed at teaching that you are the creators and sculptors of your lives. 

To this respect, Tarot Therapy will not serve as a divination system,  my cards are my tool, a medium for me to delve into your subconscious, aura and energy flow, therefore, the advice and the direction to be provided by Tarot Therapy will not be in form of fortune telling, rather, they will provide you wisdom, insight, foresight, training, therapy and healing. 

Let's explain it through an example:

As mentioned, Tarot Therapy is provided via e-mail. Let's say that I have received a question from Jenny via e-mail asking:

What should I expect in terms of my relationship with John in the upcoming 6 months?

Without revising this question properly, you will only get an answer from a very narrow perspective.

Why? Let's see.

The question is asked. I don't know anything about Jenny nor John, I don't know Jenny's feelings about John, nor John's feelings about Jenny, I don't even know if they perceive the relationship from the same point of view. I don't know if their expectations match.  I don't know if this is a relationship serving for the highest intent and benefit of the parties. Maybe it's a self destructing relationship, who knows? If Jenny were to get a one-on-one session from me, I would have figured out the answers to these questions in a couple of hours from the feelings I pick up from the energy field of Jenny. But now, I can't, so I grab my cards and tune into quantum field of possibilities to receive my answers.

Let's say Jenny booked a Tarot Session in form of fortune telling from somebody else:

The answer she will get will only tell her the following: "If none of the parties change their energy or behavioural patterns, the route the relationship will take is xxxx". But that is not how life works, is it? Thus, although a reader may be very gifted, most readings will not come true because you have changed something in your route. It is not because of the reader's lack of gift (mostly), it is because, the future is not set in stone and you are changing your future with every new thought, feeling and action. 

So, Jenny goes to a reader, and if the reading's outcome has turned out to be a negative one,

The reading will further feed her concerns, anxiety, fear and what she focuses on will grow, eventually leading the relationship to come to an end, a self-fulfilling prophecy, that's what it is called.  She may have just destroyed a great relationship just because she has fed her fears and worries! And that is the work of the Law of Attraction!

No-one can benefit from such type of session as fortune telling systems do not give you the space to grow, choose freely or change your future.

However, if Jenny were to receive a coaching session about her relationship, or relationships in general, she would have known exactly how to handle, manage and overcome the bumps on the road as a person with insight and wisdom.

But let's say that Jenny is hesitant about getting a coaching session due to several reasons, and that is why I have developed Tarot Therapy System. 

Most relationships can be salvaged, healed, transformed and improved and similarly some relationships cannot be saved just because the parties are NOT resonating on the same energy level and they do not have the same expectations from the same relationship, in such a case, trying to prolong a doomed-end will only hurt you and your partner further. 

Remember, your future is written by you, every second, entirely and ultimately based on your thoughts, and your actions deriving from these thoughts. 

If Jenny were to receive a Tarot Therapy Session for the same question, here is how we would have proceeded, first we would have to look into the following questions:

1. What kind of expectations does Jenny have regarding her relationship with John?

2. What kind of expectations does John have regarding her relationship with Jenny?

First and foremost, these two questions will reveal whether the partners in relationship share the same views and expectations about their relationship. For instance, if one of the parties would like to carry the relationship to a more serious level, and the other does not, then, if the one who wants to take the relationship to a more serious level pressures the other into her/his way, the relationship will definitely fail and there will be no future to look into whether through the cards or by other means. Thus, it is essentially important to understand whether the partners are compatible in terms of their thinking and energy patterns.

Let's say that the parties do not share a mutual feeling or goal towards the relationship, now, there is a new situation which we should look into.

Should Jenny continue to pursue this relationship regardless of their energetical incompatibility?

We ask this question to the cards and see the ultimate potential of this relationship and get an idea about whether it can actually develop into a life-long relationship.

1. If we see that the relationship has a great potential to turn into something more, it is now obvious for Jenny that, there is a conflicting situation at hand which should be managed carefully in order for this relationship to live upto its potential. So, what should Jenny do in order to manage this relationship to the benefit of the both parties? What kind of actions should she take? What is the advice for her?

2. If we see that the relationship does not have a good potential to flourish, then we tell Jenny the answer as it is, and leave the decision to her along with reminding her about the universal laws, and resonance law and tell her about the best way to move along her path given the situation at hand. 

3. Jenny, now, knows about the expectations of John, she has an insight, she knows her position in the relationship better, she has the tools to move on, or stay and proceed in the relationship. She is no longer blind to the facts nor has to rely on her assumptions which may be accurate or not. We should accept the fact that, without an objective tool, any of the answers you receive from someone will be served to you after going through their personal filters, thus, it will be the view of someone else. That is why we are almost always delusional about our relationships, because we have our own filters through which we evaluate our relationships or partners. A tool, such as tarot, or energy reading will tell you the situation as is, no personal views involved. 

If we communicate with the others thinking that they are very similar to us in terms of communication and empathy abilities, we fail, especially this is true for women-men relationship, women and men speak different languages due to their nature. If Jenny deals with John, just like she deals with a best girlfriend, she will definitely fail. She has to know about the nature of men and how to properly communicate with men. She will not get such advice from a fortune teller, this can only be provided by therapists excelled in human communication.

Furthermore, the health and development of relationships heavily rely on energy compatibility. A relationship "happens" because the parties are attracted to eachother, they resonate from the same level, whether it be a low frequency or high frequency, it does not matter. You cannot stay in a relationship where one of the parties start to resonate from a different frequency. You have to find a way to adjust and harmonize your frequency with the other one in order to remain in the relationship. All of the break-ups happen because the energies do not resonate with eachother any longer. This is the universal law.  Jenny MUST learn about this rule before trying to find a common ground with John.  And that is what Tarot Therapy provides, the necessary universal laws which the sitter should use in terms of his/her question:

If Jenny gets a standard Tarot Reading in form of fortune telling, she has to know that she is taking a great risk about her life and that is: Manipulation

No professional tarot reader would ever try to manipulate his/her sitter, that is not what I am saying, BUT, once you start to listen what the fortune teller tells you, it is directly absorbed by your EGO, and it is directly recorded as a code in your subconsciousness, it leaves you powerless, because you think that the script is already written and it will play out as it is written. Yet, nothing can be further from the truth. 

Please acknowledge that, a relationship of a person who has no insight or wisdom about how the relationships will turn out quite different that a person who has spiritual wisdom and insight about how relationships work. And this is also valid for all kinds of relationships or areas of life.

As you see, you may ask the same question to many people, a fortune-teller, a therapist, a psychiatrist, and all will follow a different route which they think is the best for you.

The secret to getting the most beneficial answer lies in whether any of the persons above give you the tools to improve, transform, and manage the relationship/or problem which you may have.  Tarot Therapy provides you the tools to write or re-write your future as you would like to experience it. 

So, you may conclude that if you revise your questions you will still get the most beneficial reading from anybody else, well, that is not entirely true, for no-one can utilize a tool in the most beneficial way without knowing how the universal laws work. 

Let's give an example: I get a tarot reading, my reader tells me that she sees the potential of a car crash in my future.

So I stop driving for a while. Step 1, I already changed the course of my future by not driving. But this is not enough, any spiritual teacher will tell you that if you are attracting an accident, the lesson you will receive from such accident shall still find you in another form, and most possibly, a traumatic one, just like a car crash. Universe will always find a way to correct your course if there is a spiritual lesson which you have assigned yourself to. So, you may eliminate the possibility of a car crash, but you cannot eliminate the entire lesson all together. You are still in danger zone. So the next question should be this: Why are you attracting a traumatic event into your life, what are you going to learn from this accident, what is the lesson which you should see?

There is no coincidence in universe, a car crash does not happen coincidently, it is attracted by you, into your life for a specific purpose, you have to find that purpose in order to receive the lesson not in a traumatic way but in a more elegant and smooth way.

As an energy therapist, I don't care about the car crash, I care about why you are attracting such an event into your life, and I care about getting your lesson in a smoother way. You will not get this kind of advice from anybody but an energy therapist excelled in universal laws. 

And, that is why I have developed the Tarot Therapy system, it is for those, who currently cannot get one-on-one sessions from me and learn about all those laws and healing methods, but who are also aware of the fact that they are the creators of their life, and would like to channel and use their creative power in the most beneficial way.

I understand that, it may not be the right time for you to get a full package spiritual training, but I encourage everyone to at least to use this power for their questions of vital importance.

Tarot Therapy



What is Tarot Therapy? What is its difference from standard divination systems?

Tarot Therapy is a therapy system, which allows the sitter to gain a deep understanding, insight, foresight and wisdom about a certain subject which s/he asks about using the Tarot cards as a medium.

It is not entirely a divination system for it does not merely reflect the possible future events, but it is also used to determine which possible future you should be inclined towards to, or you should work for, for your best intent.  Afterall, what you might be asking about might not be your best life choice, and you deserve to know that. 

As all of the masters of the metaphysics will agree, the future is not set in stone but is built brick by brick with every thought which you might be thinking without ever noticing during the course of an ordinary day. Thus, the cards will merely tell you what might happen if you do not change anything in your current thought patterns and current energy and vibrations.

Tarot Therapy system reflects your current situation as is, and then shows you the possible future outcomes if nothing changes, this allows you the flexibility to see what other paths you might have, that is- if you decide to change your thoughts and actions.  In other words, the cards also show you, what you should change or do to be aligned with the best course. 

On the contrary, the cards, when used for merely divination purposes will tell you what will or will not happen and leaves you at that, as if you have no other options concerning about that subject issue. This kind of reading diminishes your personal creative power, grabs your manifestation power from your hands, and is no use to anyone in terms of personal development and ignores the mightly Law of Attraction which is in fact working in your life every second whether you notice or not.

You cannot know your future, for it is not written yet!

In order to write your best life script, you have to have a map, and that is what Tarot Therapy provides for those who are willing to work on their past, now or future. 

Another use of Tarot Therapy is not only to delve into the layers of time, but also get a deeper understanding of how you are actually perceived by others, or that special someone, and how these people actually think or feel about you. The cards play as a no-sugar coating harsh blunt speaker of the truth, for we, no matter how much we insist or try, cannot remove our personal filters when dealing with people close to our heart, we are usually deluded by our assumptions.

The cards will tell you about your current and possible future interactions with that special someone and how you should act in order to create the best outcome for you, and sometimes the answer will be so blunt that you will understand why the relationship will not work at all, and the cards will make sure that you acknowledge and truly accept the answer as it is. The cards will not merely say "no" and leave you at that, but will make sure you understand "why" it will not work, and other times, it might just save you from a doomed end just because of that one strategic advice which the cards show you!

That's why I am calling this system the "Tarot Therapy" for it gives wisdom, understanding, foresight, strategical planning and shows you your choices and their possible outcomes rather than giving you one simple answer about a one simple question. The life is full of infinite choices and you can't settle for one single answer to your questions.

What can you ask the cards?

Anything.

However, the more specific you are, the more specific your answer will be.

General readings will only show you the possible dominant events which might happen in your future. So you should at least, specify the area of your question before asking for a general question. I do not advise asking questions such as "what will happen in the next coming 3 months". This is a valid question however, if you are asking this question, I know that you are actually expecting "something" to happen in that 3 months time-frame. Why not focus on that expectation, rather than throwing the universe a very general question?

Here is my question for you!

What would you like to experience in that 3 months time-frame? Love, rise in career? a dispute resolution?

And why not try to see how you can actually get there in the given time-frame?

So, I guess you see my point. In order to make the most of your reading, your questions should be cleverly formed and I will help you on that as well.

Why get a session from me?

I am a Reiki Master and an Energy Therapist working in the field for over 15 years now. This has not been my main area of work for I had worked many years as a lawyer, however following the path of dear Robin Sharma, I sold my "Ferrari" (my law career) in order to focus on my gifts and abilities and what I really love the most. You are getting a therapy, a teaching, a training about your subject question,  a life map, thus you should not really lie or hide any essential information about your question to test whether I will figure out what you have been hiding from me. It is a waste of time and money.
