How to Understand Your Energy Level and Get Anything You Want



Every living and non-living thing is composed of pure vibrating energy. That is a known scientific fact.  As an energy therapist, understanding and analysing the energy levels of my clients are of utmost importance as nothing good can come to those who are vibrating at a low frequency. Good things do not come to those who wait, good things come to those who think.

The mighty law of attraction is directly linked with the energy level of a client. You might have taken all the necessary actions in order to attain your goal, but I have seen many hard-working people who are not even near achieving their goals. It might seem as a misfortune at first, but nothing can be further from the truth. The first step of achieving your goal is to align your energy with the vibration of your goal and then take the necessary actions not vice versa. But what we do is usually, take all kinds of actions first, and wait for the results to arrive.  

People are action-oriented and impatient, most think that sparing a quiet time for themselves to analyse how they feel, why they feel the way they do is a waste of time and that they should immediately go get what they want instead.  What they do not realize is that, this is in fact what is causing the actual waste of time and energy.  

Energy creates material from its raw state, not your actions.  Your actions help you open up the physical channel which you will receive your manifestation. Given the fact, it would be enough for you the open up that one single most effective physical channel which will generally come to you as an inspiration once you delve into your subconsciousness. But what we usually do is to try to open up all kinds of physical channels without ever focusing on what we would like to receive from that channel! And then we receive all kinds of mixed outcomes and be surprised and get dissappointed at why we have not still received a solid result despite all of our hard work (hard work: energy spent opening these physical channels).

If energy creates the material, don't you think that you should first work on the seed of the thought which will manifest itself as something material in your life? Without working on this step first,  what will be the result of your non-focused action? Let me tell you, it is going to be a vague, blurry, distorted image of what you actually would like to receive. Why? Because your thoughts and feelings were vague, blurry and distorted to begin with. 

Then comes the question, how do I know my energy level? How do I know anything about how I am vibrating?

There are many therapists, including me, who can delve into your subconsciousness and ensure you observe your own frequency and thought patterns. Many are baffled at what they observe about themselves. I have seen and assisted many people who think they were full with self-love and confidence whereas in fact, how they were vibrating was telling me otherwise. It was their ego which tricked them into believing that they were the perfect-deal so that they would not face their deepest fears, or come to terms with who they really are. Ego hates change! No wonder, why we keep seeing so many "perfect-deals" out there who are not really living perfect lives.  

Most people do not have the body-mind-soul connection, thus it is no surprise that the words, the energy and the body of a person can tell different things to the outer world. We call these "mixed signals". Mixed signals result in mixed outcomes!  

Therefore it is of utmost importance that one either gets a consultancy or works by herself on their energy levels. It is the one, ultimate, single key to achieve anything you want in life.

Let's say you don't want to (or can't) work with a professional, then here is your practical DIY formula:

1. Observe your current life. Do you like what you see or experience? Which parts are not so likable? Which parts do you love? Which parts would you like to change?

2. Focus on the problematic areas. You are going to work on these. (eg. are you going through a career crisis, financial burden, a relationship problem?) These are the areas that your thought patterns and feelings are not vibrating at a high frequency.

3. What is the exact problem you are going through about that area? Eg. Although you may be working very hard, are you NOT satisfied with your income? Do you feel that you cannot really connect with anybody else, do you or your partner have commitment problems? Find the exact source of the problem. Read carefully which words I have bolded. 

4. Acknowledge that, the exact problem which you found out at the previous stage is the exact reflection of your own thoughts and feelings. Observe them.  Do not say that you are going through a tough relationship although you are full of happy thoughts, confidence, peace, serenity about your partner. It is impossible. That is where people get stuck. They cannot make the connection between their thoughts and the reality they are going through, because it takes courage and effort to face the actual truth about how they feel. If what you are going through is "tough" or "problematic", that is the exact nature of your thoughts about that area.  

5. Watch your words, describe the problems you are going through in the given area with words, write them down and bold them as I did in section 3. Eg. I feel that I am stuck, I feel that my office is just like a prison, I feel that the relationship needs lots of effort and work on my part, I am strained, I feel bored etc. Make sure your words reflect the exact feelings about the area you are focusing on.

6. These words you have put in your journal which express your feelings directly map out the pattern of your thoughts either you accept or not.  Take it as an x-ray result. For example, although you may be feeling very well, when you get a chest x-ray your doctor may tell you that he sees some shadowy particles over the chest area that which you cannot even tell without getting an x-ray. This is exactly what happens in daily life, you are not aware of your actual frequency state unless you take that x-ray and observe it. Therefore, read your bolded words carefully, what you think you feel and what you really think may be entirely different from another. 

7. Now, write down what you would actually like to experience. Eg. Promotion in the work, easy-going relationship, comfortable life,  greater income etc. Analyse whether your bolded words in previous section match with the experience you would like to have. 

Eg. I would like to get promoted, but I feel that my office is a prison, I feel strained

8. Now, write down how you think you will feel when you get the experience you desire.
Eg. I would like to get promoted, and when I do, I will feel relaxed, satisfied and content, I will feel more confident

9. Observe the differences between how you feel now and how you will feel once you achive your goal.

Current feelings: Strain, stuck, stressful -> result -> a strained and stressful work environment

Future feelings: Relaxed, satisfied and content -> result -> a work environment which provides you a relaxed, satisfied, content business life

10. Acknowledge that you cannot get that promotion unless you fix and adjust your contrasting feelings according to your desired goal. You see it is not about action, it is not about what you do, or what you do not do, it is all about the contradiction between how you actually feel and what you expect to feel once you achieve that goal. It is all about closing that gap. Many people talk about jumping the leap for a successful career or relationship or an endeavour. 

That leap is not jumped by your legs! It is a jump which your minds make, and the legs will follow.

11. How to make a jump between energy levels:

Well, that is entirely a another topic which we will discuss in the coming days, but let me tell you upfront the most effective ways to make that jump.

 a) Look for things which invoke those "future feelings" in you right now. You might be asking for money, and you think you will feel more free when you have the money, and without money, you think you cannot get your freedom. That is a loop, get out of there. 

You CAN and you DO feel free with other subtle things.  

You CAN even get a glimpse of that freedom by just watching beautıful scenery.

 I know it sounds weird, but imagining that you are holding that money in your hands is not the only way to attract money (or other things) in your life. It is a powerful method, but it is not the only method. You can still attract what you want by invoking the feelings which you think you will have once you attain your goal. I rarely give my clients visualization practices when what they ask for is money. Why? Because they keep visualizing money, and at the end of their meditation, things get even harder for them when they realize that they still do not have that money! It enlarges the gap between their feelings and goals. Therefore, I suggest them that they work on their feelings first. Without shifting your energy level, no visualization can help you achieve your goal.  

b) Read about quantum physics. Your mind and ego have to be 100% convinced that energy creates material. It is not "meta" physics (meaning beyond physics), it IS the physics, it is not a phenomenon, it is the nature. Once you understand the quantum mechanics, NOT getting what you want will be a surprising phenomenon. Neuro-format methods do work insanely, but what we do basically with formatting is that convincing you that there are better ways. It is all about persuasion of the ego and mind. Therefore look for evidence showing why the law of attraction works, read about the the string theory and quantum world. You will be astounded when you realize that there is in fact so many physical evidence as to why the law of attraction is actually real and working.

c) Go back to a time when you achieved something which you have really longed for. How did you do it? What was your mood, what were your feelings, what kind of actions did you take? That past experience will be a reference point to you. Repeat what you have done back then to every new goal. It has worked for you once, it will definitely work again.

I have told you about a simple DIY method which will help you make that connection between your thoughts and the reality you are experiencing. How to change your negative thought patterns regardless of your current physical conditions is another topic which I will discuss shortly in the coming days. But I believe that the three methods will already help you get there.
